CENTRAL AMERICA—Day 14: Monkeys!

Why yes, that is a spider monkey with her tail wrapped around my arm.

Thank you for asking.

 

I could do a long blog post here, or I could just tell you that I’ve had three different monkeys on my shoulders in the past 12 hours, and Daisy the spider monkey likes to wrap her tail around my arm when I sit by her cage and that I’ll have more photos of the animals soon. I’m going for the latter.

It’s a beautiful, windy day in Palmira, just up the hill from Boquete. Corrinne and I are at La Jungla de Panama. More details to follow soon. I’m going back to the monkeys now.
